INTRODUCTION

Department of Mathematics was established as an Under Graduate Department in 1963 with General streams. The department has two efficient and highly qualified permanent faculty members.The teachers did their best to develop mathematical skills of the students of this department. The department also provides interactive classroom teaching. Students are encouraged to do classroom exercises in a group, through productive discussions. Weaker students receive special attention in the form of special one-on-one teaching, tutorial classes etc. Also the students of this department actively consult the teachers time to time for solving their problems and thinking new idea about Mathematics.
