The College is happy to introduce the UGC-Deeksharambh from the 2019 session so that the new students are introduced to various aspects of higher education, and through a conducive and encouraging environment familiarize themselves with the ethos of the institution and cultivate various aspects of personality development. It is in line with quality mandate of the UGC and UGC guidelines.

UGC- Deeksharambh - Student Induction Programme has been adopted as a special initiative of the IQAC of the college.The academic session began with a weeklong Orientation Programme designed by each department (See Annexure 1 for the Orientation Schedule of the Department of English).
